This second level, furnished apartment is very convenient for tourists, students or professionals who want to be close to San Jose (20 minutes by bus) or the San Pedro area (15 minutes by bus). Bordering with the large and beautiful Parque del Este, you can enjoy nice views and green, peaceful areas to walk in the Christmas tree farm which is on the same, secure property. Fully furnished with everything you need, the house also comes with internet and cable T.V. Included is a full size kitchen connected to the living area which opens up to the terrace showing views of the park. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a laundry area equipped with washer and dryer, hot water, storage room and a space to park a car within the safely gated property. Transportation is also easy without a car. Buses stop in front of the house which take you into San Jose, San Pedro, the universities UCR, U Latina, Fidelitas, and also Mall San Pedro, Outlet mall, etc. The host/landlords live downstairs and they are very friendly and helpful. It will be a great way to practice your Spanish during your stay in Costa Rica. Our desire is that you will feel comfortable and also enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica in a secure place, smoke free and pet free home.
