Roommate wanted

Hello,
I’m Pamela, 28 years old professional looking for a roommate. The Apartment is Located in San Lorenzo in Heredia. It is a really beautiful and nice town with public transportation to Alajuela, Heredia and San Jose by Heredia, just 15-20 minutes to Universidad National of Costa Rica.
The price is $200 a month plus $200 deposit; include water, electricity and garbage recollection service. Also the apartment is Semi- furnished.
The apartment looks like brand new with small living-dinner room, really nice kitchen, laundry room, 2 bed rooms ( one for you- one for me) and one bathroom, You will find single bed in your room and a closet (with no doors), also dishes and kitchen stuff, one couch, fridge, small toast style oven I will get more stuff litle by little.
You are welcome to bring your own stuff.
I’m looking for someone responsible, no party 24 hrs day I would like to have a nice relaxing time when I get to the apartment and don’t have to deal with mess, crazy noise people.
You are NOT allow to play reggeton music or smoke in side the apartment.
