THis place is incredible! WHite clean bright and spacious. THe hot water is from tank source not electrical shower heads. The balcony is the reason to live here. The view is spectacular and well above the din of the street however you are in mercedes norte and that is minutes walking to central park heredia.
THe place is open concept however well done. The kitchen and closet cabinets are well done and the bathroom has a huge bathtub!
NO children under 10. NO pets. WE are looking for long term renters however will consider short stays but at $700. amonth.
