Located in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. At only 11 Km from Nosara Airport, which is totally paved and with daily scheduled flight from San José on local airlines. The distance between the property and San José is 245 Km via Tempisque River Bridge, or 340 Km trough the city of Liberia in a very picturesque setting. There is only two cities in Costa Rica with international airports registered, one in San José, and the other one in Liberia, which has daily flights from U.S. and some other countries.

In this zone and surrounding areas, there are foreign communities formed by Americans, Europeans and government employees, who have built their homes, business and life in the area.

There is a bus service available, that goes to Garza Beach and Nosara Beach, every day. Upon request, tour operators with bilingual guides and own transportation can take you.

In the near future, a new road named “Ruta del Sol” (Sun’s Route) that goes passing the North Pacific Ocean Beaches and passes by the entrance of our property, will improve all the zone and its value.

At a few kilometers from the property, you will find the Nosara River and several water springs that come from the near hills and mountains.
