Looking apartment-floor to share in Santiago

Hi, I`m just about to move to Chile, thus want to check if someone wants to share it`s apartment or floor , preferably big over 100 sq mts (desired) with private bathroom (mandatory or highly desired)
I`m expecting to move around end of August and stay till end of the year maybe more.. if flat - mate and daily living experience really worth it . I`m a 32 years old single management corporate advisor which has lived , travel and worked extensively overseas in North America, Mexico, Europe (Germany) , Argentina and now Chile. Have not pets - I`m non-smoker but ain`t have a big issue with that , since I`m a very easygoing guy.
Would like to share apartment preferably with working professionals not students men or women are ok...
Areas could be also las Condes or Vitacura.
Price open to discussion upon living conditions & apartment features.
