Casa encantadora en una finca llena de árboles tropicales (mangos, casueiros, palmeras,...) y gran jardín.
Tiene dos habitaciones dobles con baño privado y otra cama individual en la sala de estar.
La cocina está totalmente equipada.
En la parte de atrás y con vistas a la laguna tiene una gran terraza (veranda) para comer, descansar en las hamacas y disfrutar de la puesta de sol.
En la laguna existe una zona de baño particular en una pequeña playa de blanca arena. Además, se puede disfrutar de la pesca y la navegación en una pequeña embarcación disponible a petición de los inquilinos.
Disponer de vehículo es imprescindible. Nosotros les facilitamos el contacto de alquiler y otras informaciones para hacer su viaje fácil.
La propiedad se encuentra situada a una hora por carretera de NATAL, capital del estado, 15 min. de Tabatinga (un área de surf y kitesurf con piscinas naturales para disfrutar del baño) y a 40 min. por la playa de PIPA, centro turístico de fama mundial.
Este lugar de paz es una base ideal para viajar por el Nordeste Brasileño.
El casero duerme en la propiedad y hay seguridad 24 hrs.
Se puede contratar servicio domestico y de cocina a un precio realmente bajo.
Hay tiendas, supermercados, mercadillos locales una vez a la semana y restaurantes en un área de 5 kms.

The property is one hour driving from NATAL; 15 min. from Tabatinga beach, a surfer's area with natural pools for swimming; 40 min. driving across the beach from PIPA, the most famous touristic place around.
This peaceful place is an ideal base to travel around the Brazilian northeast.
The local house keeper stays overnight in the property.

The property is located in a NATURAL environment and pretty close of a big city Natal with the only international airport in these area and all kind of touristic offers: diving, sailing,surfing,and also night entertainment.It's together with Pipa, the main touristic place in Rio Grande do Norte in the Brazilian NorthEast.
Natal is 40 kms from the lagoon. The nearest village of Nisia Floresta has all the supplies of first order.
Sao Jose de Mipibu 12 kms away is more important place.
The beatifull beach of Tabatinga is 12 kms away.There one can swin during the high tide in beautifull natural pools.and also practice kite surfing,sightseeing,or have a nice meal. From there you will contact guides who take you to Pipa driving by the beach with low tide in 20 minutes.
In the lagoon there is a beautiful natural swimming area. Rowing and fishing may be practice too.
