Here some additional details:
The area is great with lots of bars, restaurants and young people.
The room is in a house, where 12 people (average 25 years) live together. Everybody has his own room, there is a common kitchen and dining/living room, 2 bathroom s, 3 toilets and a cleaning lady once a week. Most rooms, not the one offered, have a sink installed; therefore there is no queue at the bathroom.
I have rented the room since September 2007 and my contract goes until August 31 2009. I am moving out on July 30 and am looking for someone, who is taking over the room.
If you only want the room in August, you pay the 410 EUR and that’s it. If you wish to stay longer, you have to sign a contract with the landlord for twelve months until August 31 2010. If you find a replacement for yourself, you can always move out earlier. Anyway, I can only guarantee the 410 for August. After that, the room might cost 10 to 20 EUR more, but you would have to discuss it with the landlord, perhaps he is willing to keep the current prices.
The room comes only with the big wardrobe. The landlord will provide additionally a desk with chair and probably a single bed (but perhaps only from September, I still have to talk to him about that). If you are interested in some of the furniture seen on the picture, we can discuss it.
