Looking for a Flat from 1st September to the end of December

Female, 30 years old, non-smocker, no pets/kids, looking for a nice flat next to the EU area (it can also be further but with a good transport connection, preferrably direct metro or bus to the Tour Madou) from 1st of September (preferrably from 31st of August) to the end of the year (i.e. 28th of December).

The maximum price (all inclusive) should be not more than EUR 500. It would be better if it is much cheaper than EUR 500 as I have my own apartment to pay for as well.
