huge room to let

I am leaving my room in a big house, shared with 5 other persons. The house is very big, three floors, in the first there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, toilets and a terrace of about 200 meters square. in the second floor there is my room, and two others.there is also the bathroom and there is a bath tub in it.
in the third floor there are also three rooms with the bathroom.
the house is placed near the Gare du Nord, so near the city center, but also near Botanique et not far from Schuman. Just near house there is a good transport network.
The price of the room 393 euros, comprises all charges, electricity, gaz, water, internet...
the room is free for the middle of august.
