Third room available for Aug & Sep - €430 (Monthly)

Hi everyone,

We are two young professionals who are looking for a third flatmate for the months of August and September (our 3rd flatmate is doing an internship abroad during this time).

We have a very nice room available in our duplex apartment. We are a girl and a boy who speak English, French and Spanish.

The room is furnished and about 15sq meters. The apartment is aprox 150sq meters and located 2min from Metro "Parc" and 5min from Metro "Madou", a clean and calm area with lots of restaurants around and almost next to the Royal Park.

It is in the 3rd floor w/ lift.It has 2 floors. Downstairs: three separate rooms equal size, a big living room, toilet and bathroom. Upstairs: big kitchen, dining room; "library" and terrace with barbecue! yes its very big...

It is also furnished, including a fridge, washing machine, Wireless internet, fixed phone and TV w/ DVD.

Rent is 430 Eur + 70 Eur including all charges (electricity & water, wireless internet, cable, fixed line, building charges, etc)

The room is free as from now, for the whole month of September and August. We would also consider weekly stays.
