1 newly furnished room is offered in a two bedroomflat in a beautiful maison de maitre in the proximity of Schuman (10 min.), Parc 50aire (4 min.) and Metro Merode (7 min.). Prime location for the EU staff and interns.
You will share the flat with me; 26 year old female. I am from Austria, working in BXL as a stagiaire, communicative and open minded.
 
The room is approximately 20 sq. meters furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe and a bookshelf.
 
Common areas: a kitchen with the utensils provided + fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven, a lovely bathroom with two sinks, a bath/shower and WC, a dining/living room (couch, bookshelf + a table for 4) and a hall area joining all the rooms together. The flat is big, is very convenient to be shared by 2 people and has access to a wonderful garden. Big supermarket nearby.
 
Wireless internet connection + Video parlophone. Laundry facilities within the house.
 
The rent for this period will be €400 including all charges (electricity, water, heating and wireless internet).
 
A security deposit of €250 is required.
