Hi everyone,

We have been living in this great apartment for a year now, but my flatmate is leaving at the end of Noveber.

I am looking for a young and friendly professional, who is willing to stay for 1 year minimum.

It is a Penthouse Duplex in the 3rd floor w/ lift.

First Floor: three separate rooms equal size, a big living room, toilet and big bathroom. Upstairs: big kitchen, dining room; "library" and terrace with barbecue!

The apartment is aprox 150sq meters (yes its very big and spacious!) and located 2min from Metro "Parc" and 5min from Metro "Madou", a clean and calm area with lots of restaurants around and almost next to the Royal Park.

It is also furnished, including a fridge, washing machine, Wireless internet, fixed phone and TV w/ DVD.

The rooms are about 15sq meters (furniture available to buy from previous flatmate).

Rent is 450Eur + 100 Eur for all charges (electricity & water, wireless internet, cable, fixed line, building charges, etc)
