I am subletting my room due to extensive travel in October. The room has its own bathroom and toilet, is bright and spacious. It has all necessary furniture: a desk, a double bed, wardrobe, chairs, night desk, armchair, TV etc. Internet connection is included.

The room itself is in a 4 floor house (maison de maître) with a nice large terrace and all facilities. You will only have to share a kitchen with 2 guys, but as they are never met in the kitchen – it is basically all yours! Your housemates are friendly people in their 20-s, working for the EP and the Commission. Languages spoken are English, French and Hungarian. The cleaning lady is coming every week.

The location is ideal for a person working in the EU quarter: only 2 metro or bus stops to Shuman, direct line from Thieffry, Etterbeek. In direct vicinity are GB, post office, swimming pool, gym, pharmacy, night shops, church etc. Very safe residential area.

The price is 300 EUR, all utility bills as well as Internet and cleaning lady are included. Visits: flexible, but ideally Monday and Wednesday after 21.00, Tuesday and Thursday after 20.00, Friday after 19.00, week-end flexible. Pictures on request.
