It is available on the daily or monthly basis.
The 20th.district Brigittenau is in the North-East between the Danube and the Danube Channel.
I would also like to mention that within a 10 minits walk you can find
in Millenium Tower everything for your daily needs , like numerous restaurants,
grocery stores, a cinema center, pharmacy, banks, etc.
We offer a one-room apartment (1 double-bed + 1 couch) with kitchen and bathroom. (incl. cable-TV , high-speed internet access and mobile telephone with prepaid card (min. EUR 10,- credit)
Towels, linen service and other utilities will be provided
Rate: EUR 60,- per day.
Payment in advance at arrival.
Deposit for keys/phone EUR 100,- (returned at departure).
Cleaning service at the end of your stay: EUR 30,-
Prepayment:25%
