Locking for a place to stay over the summer

Hi!

We are a couple from Sweden, with two childrean that are looking for a nice place to live in Perth CBS, or the surrounding areas, between the and of November till late February. We arrive in Australia the 25th November

We are very friendly, non smoking and generally good peoples.
Our economic situation is good but we like to keep the rent at a peak of around $300 / week.
