The flat is a very nice 2 bedrooms with mouldings on the ceiling and totally fully furnished. The entrance is in front of the Town Hall on Swanston Street (corner with Collins Street).
Huge space in the living room, 2 sofas, big table with 8 chairs, TV flat screen, DVD player, air conditioner. Kitchen fully equiped (dish washer, all the dishes, oven, micro waves, etc...). Bathroom with bath and shower unit as well, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. The bedroom is fully furnished as well (wardrobe, double bed, windows with view on the town hall on swanston street, etc...).
Available at the end of June.
The rent is 1300 per month for the bedroom.
The bills are not includes and will be divided by the number of people.
