Hi there!
I have a beautiful room for rent in my house, in the cnetric neighborhood of Boedo (Sanchez de Loria st. and Independencia av.). Great location: 3 blocks from subway line E (Urquiza station), and 7 from line A (Loria station). 1 block away from lot of buses lines too.
It´s near to San Telmo, Palermo and the downtown.
The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, Psicology University (Universidad de Buenos Aires)

If you want to stay here it has to be for at least 1 month.
The price is 300 U$S per month (it is less if you stay more than 3 months).

The house has wi-fi, a beautiful patio, complete kitchen, complete bathroom (with bathtub) and a dining room. All rooms are independant.
