BEAUTIFUL ROOM TO RENT IN SAN TELMO/MONSERRAT - P400 (Monthly)

Hi! My name is Rosa and I am renting a room in my house, for students or tourists, either one or a couple. The house is located in Monserrat neighborhood, next to San telmo. Only 7 blocks from Congreso and Avenida de Mayo. Very close to the city centre and many touritics places. It is a house of the 40’s, it has 4 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with patio, a nice living-room and dinning-room, a bar, a nice patio in the first floor and a big sunny terrace on the second floor.
The room is fully furnished. It has a double Chippendale bed, a small table with a chair, a small cupboard and a mirror. The room has an exit to the balcony. It is very confortable and has three big windows which make the room really lightful. ( 12 m2)
The living room is furnished with large sofa, two armchairs, table with seating for 6/8, Flatscreen TV with basic cable and DVD player and telephone. Next to it, there’s a nice bar with all necessary utensils for preparing drinks. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, fridge with freezer, coffe machine, juicer machine and a table with chairs.
The terrace is big and very sunny. It has a table with 6 chairs, 3 recline garden chairs, a swinging chair, a grill and a small swimming pool during the summer.
There’s a resting room, where you can read books in spanish, very helpful if you are a student. There are movies and Cds available also.

The nearest underground is 4 blocks from the house, there are also several buses which take you to most places in Buenos Aires.
