THE AREA
Salandi , with its picturesque coves , lies in eastern Peloponnesus , sixty- eight kilometers (some forty miles) south east of the city of Nafplion and near the town of Kranidi.
The climate is Mediterranian temperature, with long periods of sunshine practically throughout the year and high seawater temperatures. This makes the area ideal both for summer and winter holidays.
There are dozens of beaches and smaller coves stretching from the village of Salandi itself, picturesque harbors and mountain roads, and a little further on, ancient archeological sites (such as Ancient Epidaurus, Mycanae ,Troezen and Tiryns) and Byzantine – era churches and Monasteries (such as Monastery of Avgo, and the church of St George , built in the rocks within the cave of Didyma ) and within striking distance , historical cities and towns (Nafplion, Argos and Epidaurus)
And cosmopolitan islands and spots ( such as Porto Heli , Hermione and islands Spetses and Hydra).

DESCRIPTION
There are six country houses that are found to be in the finishing phases. All of theme are three leveled with an overall epiphany of 117 m2 and are subjected to an exclusive use of the building – ground 200- 320 m2.
