The studio-apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building regarding the yard of the house; bright and completly quiet. The building is a historic construction (1903) with an elevator.
The studio-apartment is small (26m2) but very convenient and nicely furnished.
The bed (140x200) is on mezzanine
Bedlinen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the expected appliances including a microwave.
The bathroom is completly renovated with a large shower and washing machine.

In the street, (just downstairs!) you could find a supermarket, a non stop (24/7) food and drink shop and a nice café. At the corner are two nice and cheap hungarian and indian restaurants.
The apartment is very well located in the nice 6th district. The historic "Ambassy quarter", Andrassy ut, Octogon, the "Broadway of Budapest" and Franz Liszt square (the best place in Budapest for restaurants and cafés within a pedestrian street) are just a walking distance away.
The Metro station "Vorosmarty Utca" is at 400 meters (direct line to the Danube or to the city park "Varosliget" and the bath of Szechenyi) . At 600 meter you could also catch trams No. 4 or No. 6
