Hola!!

Estoy buscando una compañeras de piso, para una habitación libre en mi piso. Soy profesora (doy clases de español para extranjeros), sé hablar francés y un poquito de inglés. Alquilo las habitaciones de mis hijas de 26 años que ya no viven en casa. Tengo experiencia compartiendo piso con estudiantes Erasmus con anterioridad, y he tenido experiencias súper positivas. El precio de alquiler incluye gastos.

El piso es genial, está en la Avda de la Estación, con vistas increíbles al edificio de la Diputación. El piso está en el centro de Alicante, muy bien comunicado con la universidad de Alicante (hay paradas de bus cerca), al lado de la Avenida Maissonave (comercial) y la estación de trenes.

El piso es amplio y luminoso, y hay una habitación libre que
da a un patio interior. En las habitación hay armarios empotrados, escritorio y ropa de cama :-) Además hay un aseo para vuestro uso exclusivo, con ducha de hidromasaje, lavabo e inodoro. En la otra habitación que alquilo vive una estudiante Erasmus.

El salón es muy espacioso y luminoso, con mesa para comer, sofás, tele y dvd. La cocina está completamente equipada, y es bastante grande. Además hay conexión a internet vía WIFI.

La urbanización tiene cancha de baloncesto y piscina (abre en verano).

Hello!!

I am looking for a female flatmate, for a free bedroom at my flat. I am a teacher (I teach Spanish for foreigners), and speak French and a little English. I rent the bedrooms from my 26 years old daughter, who dont live here anymore. I have shared the flat with Erasmus students before, and keep really good memories :-) The price includes electricity and water costs.

The flat is awesome, it is located in the Avenida de la Estacion, with amazing views of the Diputacion building. The flat is in the center of Alicante, very well connected to the University of Alicante (there are bus stops very close), and next to the commercial avenue (Avenida de Maissonave) and railway station.

The flat is roomy and light, and at the moment there are 2 bedrooms available: one has windows facing onto buiding yard and the other onto a small terrace off the kitchen. The rooms have built-in wardrobe, desk and bed linen :-) Moreover there is a bathroom for your exclusive use (there are 2 bathrooms at the house), with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is an Erasmus student living in the other bedroom I rent.

The living room is spacious and light, has a dinning table, couches, tv and dvd. The kitchen is full equipped, and big enough. There is internet connection via wifi.

The building has a basketball court and a swimming pool.
