Nice room near the city center - €275

Hello people!

We are two master students (a boy and a girl) at Rotterdam School of Management and we have one available room in our apartment.

The apartment has 3 rooms,1 bathroom,1 kitchen and one large balcony and is located in the north part of Rotterdam in a very nice and safe neighborhood very close to the city center (2 tram stations to the city hall). 1 min walking from the apartment is a Plus supermarket and 5 min walking are two supermarkets (Albert Heijn and Aldi which is also very cheap).

We have a very good wireless internet connection, a washing machine, an iron and a fully equipped kitchen.

The price of the available room is 275 EUR + utilities (aprox 60 EUR).
We will be more than glad to meet and show you the apartment!
