Entrance/hall with staircase to upstairs flat. On the 1st floor is the communal kitchen and the toilet. The rooms that will be vacant as of December are situated on the 2nd floor backside. The rooms are provided with a laminated floor, lighting, Venetian blinds and a bed. On the 2nd floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet situated.

Communal facilities are to share by 5 persons in total. Preference for a student or young working person in view of the composition of this (students) house.
