Looking for a 2 B/R apt

We are a couple with a lazy Persian cat looking for a 2 B/R apt within 20 min driving distance to lux city. It needs to have a balcony and preferably an extra WC. The max rent+charge we can pay is 1200 euro and we have till end of Jan 2010 to move out of our present apt.
