The apartments is located just a short walk away from the Promenade des Anglais, which stretches along the coast and offers visitors to Nice a pleasant stroll or a perfect place to relax and contemplate the blue Mediterranean sea. The city also offers a range of shops and boutiques, a selection of museums, and beautiful scenery.

The main railway station is within easy reach, offering services throughout France including high-speed TGV services. Buses run throughout the local area, however the service is limited at night-time. Côte d'Azur International Airport is approximately 15 minutes' drive away, to the west of the city centre.
