12m2 double bedroom £500 pm incl. council tax

I rent a 2 bedroom maisonette in the centre of Crouch End and I am looking for a female professional flatmate.

Crouch End is a very convenient and nice place with a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets (Tesco, Budgents, M&S, fruits and vegetables shops, organic shop). You will also find a post office, a cobler, 60’s and 70’s Antiquaries, etc.

We will be the only ones living in the maisonette since the groundfloor is occupied by a carpenter shop. There is a bright kitchen with a lot of storage place (and gas cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc.), a bathroom (bath), a large livingroom (round 16 m2). There is a lot of storage place too (attic, cupboards).

Bright furnished double bedroom (round 12m2): The room comes with a double bed, a huge wardrobe with mirrors, shelves, 1 large and 1 small chest of drawers. The window gives on a yard and this is the last floor, so it is very quite.

I am an easy-going female French professional, who likes to share conversation and meals but also respects other's privacy. My only concern would be loud music and parties at home late at night during the week since I work quite hard and need a good sleep.

The room is available from now on and can be rented for just 1 month and up to 6 months (maybe more, flexible).

The rent is £100 per week, so it would be £500 per month including the council tax. Bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) will be shared. Deposit needed, depending on the duration of your stay.

The ideal flatmate: Nothing special except that you should be an easy going and tidy female professional, non-smoker (or outside the flat). The room is not available for couples nor for pets. You would be preferably aged between 25-45, but I do not really care.

Visits are possible usually from 7.30 pm and this week-end.
