Postdoc looking for studio/flat in Paris next year

Hi

I'm an Italian physicist doing a CNRS postdoc in Orsay.

I'm currently living in the cité-U, but will have to move out next May (there's a time limit for living there..). Available to move in from February 2010 with 1 month + 1 day notice.

Would need a new place for 2/3 years

Can provide last 3 payslips & rent receipts for my current flat.

Looking for a (partially furnished-at least a bed!)studio/1 bedroom, surface >20 m^2 , possibly with a washing machine (or laverie really close by). Separate kitchen would be a bonus.

Max rent 800 per month

Area: close to/easy connection to RER B stations south of St Michel-Notre Dame.
