The Resort is located in beautiful Horseshoe Bay which is the largest of the 23 bays on Magnetic Island. Magnetic Island is located 8 klms off the coast of Townsville in tropical North Queensland. Access to the Island is by car barge or passenger ferry. Horseshoe Bay has 3 klms of pure white sandy beach and rocky headlands and is the hub of all the Island's water sports.

Horseshoe Bay and Magnetic Island activities include swimming, jet skiing, walking, horse riding, fishing, sailing, bird watching, whale watching (in season) Some of the finest restaurants on the Island are located a short 100m stroll from the Resort.

Rated 4.5 star, the beachfront Resort enjoys a pleasant Northerly aspect. It is set in a tropical garden setting and features a large pool with spa and two guest BBQs.

Accommodation consists of 14 units comprising 10 x 2 bedroom townhouses, 2 x 2 bedroom villas and 2 x 1 bedroom units. All units are fully self contained, with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Most of the units have recently been modernised with new bedspreads, bedding and whitegoods. Non-alcholic mini-bars have been installed in all the units and there is also a drink vending machine located outside the office for the guest who gets thirsty during the night!.

We have also incorpoated a small fleet of 6 moped scooters with the sale. These have proved a big winner, especially with the many backpackers who visit the Island every day.

The Managers unit which is included in the sale comprises of 2 bedrooms, ensuite off the master, a study, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, front loading washing machine, king size bed, dining suite, lounge suite, coffee tables, TV, CD player and views to die for.
